Epic won the highest number of awards in the National Best Quality Software Awards (NBQSA) 2008 organized by the British Computer Society, Sri Lanka Chapter. Since its inception in 1998, NBQSA has become the only national competition that showcases best quality software solutions developed by Sri Lankan software firms. The 10th NBQSA was held on 17th October 2008 at the Waters Edge.
With a proven track record of 10 years as the leading local software house that offers globally accepted innovative IT solutions, Epic won 2 Gold Awards, a Silver Award and a Bronze Award in the NBQSA 2008 repeating their performance shown in NBQSA 2007 as the winner of the highest number of awards. Epic became the glittering award winner in this national event qualifying to participate in the APICTA 2008 in Indonesia to represent Sri Lanka in 3 product categories.
